Meet Claire, after spending more years than would be polite to mention in the fashion industry, Claire decided a new adventure was well overdue. So with room to spare, an ideal setting and a love of meeting new people the bed and breakfast plan was hatched ( pun intended !)

Since opening in mid 2009 Claire has welcomed many interesting people into her much loved home she looks forward to welcoming you too.

Meet Andy, should you book the ground floor room at The Mission he will be your host - but you may not catch him often as he is a successful dentist.

As well as running the bed and breakfast and dental practice respectively Claire and Andy find the time to work an allotment and grow most of their own vegetables, keep chickens, walk the dog, campaign locally to help preserve Gravesend ‘s Riverside Heritage and both are scuba divers, diving both in the UK and abroad - but not the Thames !!
